WHAT TO DO IF A FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIND HAS JUST PASSED AWAY?

  1.  We recommend not making any prior arrangements with service providers
  2. To expedite the process, have the following information available
  • Contract number
  • Name of the membership holder
  • Landline and cell phone numbers of the person  in charge
  • Name, age and relationship to the membership holder
  • Cause of death
  • Location, phone number, and contact information for where the deceased person is located
